About me

I believe good design starts with observation —

noticing how people react, what they need, and what they don’t always say out loud.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Jiang, a multidisciplinary designer with four years of experience in graphic design, including work in the dental education industry, where I designed brand systems, key visuals, and information design for digital learning platforms. This experience taught me how to translate complex information into clear and engaging visual communication.

While working on branding projects, I naturally paid close attention to how people reacted to design — from client feedback to emotional responses during preference testing. These moments sparked my interest in understanding how people interpret and interact with design, which eventually led me to pursue further training in UX design.

I’m currently based in Toronto and seeking a UX / Product Design internship. I’m excited to work with curious and ambitious teams to tackle challenging problems and create thoughtful digital experiences.
