Hi, I’m Jennifer Jiang, a designer with 4 years of experience in graphic design at a dental EdTech startup, with a growing focus on UX.
People often describe me as passionate, and I think that comes from how much I pay attention to details others might overlook. From emotional reactions to small usability friction, I’m always excited to understand what users don’t say out loud and turn that into better solutions.
For me, communication is just as important as observation. Not only in how we design for users, but also in how we collaborate and build better solutions together.
I’m currently based in Toronto, looking to solve real problems and build work that is meaningful, useful, and bold 🔥
